{"id":501,"date":"2020-04-16T06:33:26","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T06:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chemieseiten.de\/?p=501"},"modified":"2024-09-11T21:19:01","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T19:19:01","slug":"stahl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chemieseiten.de\/?p=501","title":{"rendered":"Stahl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[smartslider3 slider=&#8220;15&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-primary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">Inzwischen z\u00e4hlen wir mehr als 5000 Legierungen mit dem Namen Stahl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><br><strong>Stahl ist eine eisenhaltige <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='innig(verschmolzene) Feststoffe mit metallischem Anteil'>Legierung<\/abbr>, die maximal 2% Kohlenstoff enth\u00e4lt. <\/strong>Der Gehalt an Schwefel oder Mangan variiert ebenso wie der Phosphorgehalt und die Anteile an weiteren eigenschaftsbeeinflussenden Metallen und Nichtmetallen.  Stoffe, die den Stahl in seinen <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='(..chemisch) Merkmale eines Stoffes, die augenscheinlich oder experimental bestimmt werden'>Eigenschaften<\/abbr> verschlechtern, nennt man St\u00f6rstoffe. Eigenschaftsverbessernd sind vor allem die  Legierungsmetalle wie Chrom, Nickel, Vanadium, Titan, Aluminium und einige mehr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stahl wird direkt im Anschluss an den Hochofenprozess in benachbarten Stahlfabriken hergestellt. Dazu wird das Roheisen aus dem Hochofen in offenen Pfannen in das Stahlwerk transportiert und dort in einem ersten Schritt von seinen St\u00f6rstoffen befreit, danach im 2.
